2. Custom user Submissions & Content Restrictions
When utilizing our custom input forms (Hope, Forgiveness, Romance, and Confessions), you grant us a temporary, non exclusive license to process your text solely for physical order execution. You represent and warrant that your text submissions do not contain threatening, unlawful, defamatory, or harassing material. We reserve the absolute right to refuse fulfillment and cancel any order that violates these safety guidelines, with a standard cancellation notification routed to your user email.
3. Limitations of Liabilities & Product Variations
Our custom cardstock products are handcrafted using specialized chemical formulas that reveal their pigment upon manual activation. Due to the natural variance in custom inks, temperature thresholds, and handwriting, minor aesthetic and structural variations may occur between batches. The Invisible Letter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the handling, storage, usage, or chemical activation of our items once delivered.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Moats
All visual layout aesthetics, custom code widgets, text structures, poetic landing page copy, marketing video materials, logo elements, and proprietary chemical formulation techniques displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of The invisible Letter.
