Due to the highly personalized, bespoke, and custom handcrafted nature of our physical chemical calligraphy products, every single item is prepared exclusively upon individual client request. Because professional labor, premium cardstock assets, and custom chemical components are committed, immediately upon order validation to maintain our timeline, all sales processed through our gateway are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy. We do not accept cancellations, cash refund, or returns for change of mind purchases or sudden shifts in personal relationship status.

 

2. Postal Transit Protection Protocol

We hold our delivery standards to an elite operational tier. If your physical custom card parcel arrives severely damaged, crushed, torn or otherwise physically compromised by the postal mail carrier during transit, we protect your transaction completely . Clients must submit an official claim by emailing contact@theinvisibleletter.com within fourteen (14) days of verified delivery. To validate a transit claim, please include high-resolution photographic proof of the damaged, unopened outer packaging and the affected cardstock elements alongside your unique tracking confirmation ID.

 

3. Structural Execution Standards

In the exceptionally rare event of an operational manufacturing structural defect that completely prevents standard physical handling, reading or functional reveal execution under our standard product parameters, our executive laboratory will review the batch record. Upon internal validation of a technical processing error, a replacement letter will be hand-transcribed and shipped to your recipient destination completely free of charge. We do not issue cash refunds or credit reversals for aesthetic or technical processing variations.

 

4. Verification and Claim Processing Pipelines

All submitted structural or transit claims take up to three(3) business days to evaluate through our administrative gateway. Approved replacement orders are immediately routed directly to our laboratory workbench for high priority production and shipped out via our premium tracking networks.
